Riverview Plumbing & Heating is un unknowledgeable in their field. The person answering phones lacks any professionalism or phone skills. This business has technicians that do not know there job. $190. was charged for a routine annual check of furnace. They were supposed to come out a second time to do work on vent. They never called and never showed up to do the work. The furnace stopped working. Called a knowledgeable technician who fixed the problem. The technician with Riverview put the wrong parts in the furnace. When I called to ask for refund on the part that needed to be paid for a second time, I again had to deal with ignorance, and unproffesionalism. Save yourself the aggravation and go else where.
GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PLUMBING AND HEATING NEEDS. Only giving one star because you have to in order to review. I reached out to Riverview for service on my furnace that hasn’t been working properly. I called yesterday morning and was told that they would reach out to the plumber and contact me by the end of the day to see when he could get in and look at what’s going on... I received no call so I called back this morning and I was told that my call was not their priority and I was then rudely rushed off the phone. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE. Very rude to say the least. Seek out other businesses if you can!!!
